Return & Refund Policy

As a provider of digital services and customized software solutions, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Service-Based Projects

  • Payments made for completed project milestones are non-refundable.
  • If a project is cancelled before work begins, a full refund may be issued.
  • If cancelled after work has started, refunds (if any) will be calculated based on work completed.

2. Subscription Services (If Applicable)

  • Monthly or annual subscriptions may be cancelled anytime.
  • No refunds will be issued for partially used billing cycles unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Duplicate or Unauthorized Transactions

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
