1. Service-Based Projects
- Payments made for completed project milestones are non-refundable.
- If a project is cancelled before work begins, a full refund may be issued.
- If cancelled after work has started, refunds (if any) will be calculated based on work completed.
2. Subscription Services (If Applicable)
- Monthly or annual subscriptions may be cancelled anytime.
- No refunds will be issued for partially used billing cycles unless otherwise agreed in writing.
